Responsibilities

Position: Senior Contracts Administrator for Oil & Gas EPC ProjectsWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Contracts Administrator for Oil & Gas EPC Projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Business Management, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 9 years' experience in the domain of Contracts Administration, Quantity Survey, and Estimation for Oil & Gas EPC Contracts.Responsibilities: - Manage the entire contract administration process for Oil & Gas EPC projects, from pre-award to post-award stages- Review and analyze project contracts, identifying any potential risks or issues and providing recommendations for mitigation- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions- Prepare and negotiate change orders, claims, and variations to contracts- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contract requirements- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders- Provide support and guidance to junior contract administrators- Prepare and present reports on contract status, including cost and schedule updates- Ensure all contractual documents are properly filed and maintained for future referenceRequirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Business Management, or equivalent- Minimum of 9 years' experience in Contracts Administration, Quantity Survey, and Estimation for Oil & Gas EPC Contracts- Strong background in pre-award subcontracts administration- Experience working on mega offshore EPC projects with a range of several billion USD- In-depth knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and procedures- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software- Willingness to travel as neededIf you possess the qualifications and experience we are looking for, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
