The CCTV Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems at our oil and gas projects.Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate the installation of CCTV systems at project sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications- Supervise a team of technicians and ensure their work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with CCTV systems- Monitor CCTV footage to identify and report any security or safety concerns- Maintain accurate records of CCTV system installations, maintenance, and repairs- Train and mentor new CCTV technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure CCTV systems are integrated seamlessly with other project systems- Keep up-to-date with new CCTV technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvementsQualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, equipment, and technologies- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as neededWe Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and development- A dynamic and supportive work environment- Exposure to a variety of challenging and exciting projects in the oil and gas industryIf you are a highly motivated and skilled CCTV Supervisor looking for a new challenge in the EPC oil and gas industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
