Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector)

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,950.00+ per month (Base + Allowances + OT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing and machining production floor. This role focuses on ensuring product quality standards while working in a dynamic factory environment.

Key Compensation & Working Hours:

• Base Salary: RM2,000.00
• Allowances:
• Full Attendance Allowance: RM500.00
• Performance Allowance: RM300.00 (Eligible only after passing probation/confirmation)
• Transport Allowance: RM150.00
• Overtime (OT): Available and applicable based on operational demands.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6-day workweek)

Job Requirements & Conditions:

• Work Environment: Must be fully comfortable working in a machining factory environment (which can include industrial oil stains and active shop-floor conditions).
• Schedules & Flexibility: Absolute willingness to accept overtime, shift rotations, and night shifts.
• Soft Skills: Normal and clear communication skills (candidates must not be overly introverted).
• Education & Qualifications: Must possess an SPM certificate with mandatory minimum grades:
• Mathematics: Minimum Credit (C)
• English: Minimum Pass (E+)
• Manual Skills: Possess good and flexible hand operations/manual dexterity.

Interview & Assessment Instructions:

• Interview Format: In-person face-to-face interview.
• Dress Code: Mandatory to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes (sandals or shorts are strictly prohibited for factory safety compliance).
• Assessment: Candidates will undergo a short, simple written test covering basic English and Mathematics on the day of the interview.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
