JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operations & Floor Management
Oversee day-to-day store operations.
Ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak periods
Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service staff.

2. Staff Supervision & Training
Lead, train, and motivate staff.
Conduct briefings on updates, promotions, and menu changes.
Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and hygiene.
Monitor staff performance and discipline when necessary.
Ensure self and staff attend and complete Food Handling Course.

3. Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service consistency.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to support improvements.

4. Quality & Hygiene Control
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and HALAL requirement.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people-management and team-coaching skills
• 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
• Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
