Position: Sales Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales activities through online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
• Handle existing accounts and pursue new business to meet sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide accurate product information and after-sales support.
• Maintain customer records and assist in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
