Key Requirements

1. Certificate / SKM Level II, III or Diploma in Tool & Die, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

2. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in die fabrication, maintenance, and repair.

3. Ability to carry out periodical maintenance of dies according to schedule.

4. Knowledge of operating die spotting machines and related tooling equipment is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibility

Tooling Maintenance and Repair

a) Perform tooling repair and periodical maintenance based on the planned schedule.

b) Follow the maintenance schedule to support smooth production operation.

c) Check and clean dies and replace worn or damaged parts when required.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

a) Assist in resolving quality issues related to dies and tooling.

b) Carry out minor troubleshooting and repair work on dies.

c) Report abnormal conditions or major issues to the supervisor.

General Duties

a) Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

b) Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP).

c) Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Superior or Head of Department

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
