Versatile Gateway Hiring! Full Time Customer Relation Executive (CRE) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers before and after vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with sales and after-sales services.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate customer appointments, vehicle deliveries, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare related reports.
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Proton's customer service standards and company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
