Job Responsibilities

• Develop and improve PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, reflow soldering, wave soldering, final assembly).
• Support production troubleshooting by identifying and solving process, equipment, and quality issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Setup, install, program, and maintain PCBA equipment such as SMT machines, AOI, SPI, ICT, and functional testing equipment.
• Ensure production processes meet IPC standards, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain SOP, Work Instructions, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Engineering Change Documents (ECN/ECO).
• Lead continuous improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Yield Improvement, and OEE Improvement.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including process validation, pilot build, line qualification, and mass production transfer.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO quality systems, and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT/DIP process, or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA processes including SMT, DIP, reflow soldering, wave soldering, AOI, SPI, ICT, and functional testing.
• Experience in process optimization, yield improvement, troubleshooting, RCA, CAPA, and NPI is an advantage.
• Familiar with manufacturing documentation such as SOP, Work Instruction, PFMEA, Control Plan, and ECO/ECN.
• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and production data analysis.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet production deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
