Title: Dental Receptionist

Bright Dental Clinic – Subang Jaya

What You’ll Do

* Welcome and assist patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.

* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online bookings promptly.

* Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.

* Register patients and maintain accurate records.

* Process payments and issue receipts.

* Coordinate daily patient flow with our dentists and clinical team.

* Follow up on appointments and treatment plans.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.

* Assist with administrative duties and support clinic operations.

* Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.

* Well-organised and detail-oriented.

* Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

* Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Requirements

* SPM, Diploma or higher qualification.

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or dental reception is an advantage but not required.

* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.

* Willing to learn and grow with the clinic.
