Full Time Ground Control Customer service (GCCS) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd Bayan Lepas - Ricebowl

• Ensure accurate data/information is provided and respond to emails and requests (internal and external) in a timely manner.
• Track and trace cargo and provide necessary information to customers.
• Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of shipments to customers.
• Communicate with customers to arrange shipments while delivering excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (freight forwarders, trucking companies, and other service providers).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), government regulations, and customers' policies/requirements.
• Ensure customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and kept up to date.
• Understand departmental process flows and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Meet KPI targets in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain customer contact information in the database, and create, generate, and audit reports for internal and external customers.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with internal employees and departments.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry and keyboarding tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties related to customer service and order management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
