As a Nutrition Executive, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory and promoting Dutch Lady’s comprehensive range of nutritional products to healthcare professionals. This is a specialized medical marketing role that requires strong nutrition science knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating healthcare stakeholders on the benefits and value of nutritional interventions.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and confident in delivering scientific and product-related information to healthcare professionals. You will work closely with key stakeholders to build awareness, strengthen partnerships, and support the growth of Dutch Lady’s healthcare business through effective scientific engagement and territory management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Territory Medical Marketing Plans

• Implement medical marketing strategies and activities within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and medical marketing initiatives.

Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships

• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, government agencies, non-government organizations, professional associations, and other relevant stakeholders to support the company's business goals.

Ensure Regulatory and Compliance Adherence

• Ensure all activities conducted within healthcare institutions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and external ethical and regulatory codes.

Provide Market Intelligence and Business Updates

• Deliver timely and accurate updates to the Regional Nutrition Manager (RNM) on sales performance, market developments, distribution challenges, customer feedback, competitor activities, promotional initiatives, and other factors impacting the business or product portfolio.

Deliver Scientific and Product Detailing

• Demonstrate strong product and nutrition science knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and clinical value of Dutch Lady products. Leverage professional detailing skills to position products competitively and address healthcare professionals' questions and objections.

Drive Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Growth

• Maximize territory performance by executing effective call plans, strengthening customer engagement, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve sustainable business results and sales objectives.

Territory Management and Reporting

• Manage territory activities efficiently, maintain accurate customer records, and submit timely reports to support business planning and performance tracking.
