Position Title: Project Scheduler

Experience Required: Minimum 6 years

Basic Salary Budget: Below RM9,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support our construction projects. The

successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring,

and reporting to ensure timely project delivery in accordance with client requirements and

company objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale industrial projects,

particularly semiconductor plants, factories or cleanroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate and oversee project activities from planning to completion.

 Monitor project progress, schedules, and ensure works are completed according to

project requirements and timeline.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

 Conduct site inspections and supervise daily site activities to ensure quality, safety,

and compliance with project specifications.

 Prepare project reports, progress updates, work schedules, and related documentation.

 Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site resources.

 Attend project meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

 Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and statutory requirements.

 Assist in project planning, cost control, and resolving site-related issues.

Requirements

 Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.

 Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in semiconductor plants, industrial factories, cleanroom facilities, or high-technology manufacturing projects.

 Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and project control methodologies.

 Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

 Good understanding of M&E, civil, and architectural construction activities.

 Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.Working Condition

 As of now, this position will be assigned to Medtronic, Kulim.

 The Company will provide accommodation for outstation employee. For example, employees who are based in Klang Valley and are required to travel to the Kulim site for work purposes will be provided with accommodation.

 Official working hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be willing to commit to working beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 12 months contract duration (with potential for renewal

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
