Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain warehouse documents, including filing and data entry.
• Create and manage Ninja Van tracking numbers for customer shipments.
• Perform stock checking and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Assist with order processing, including picking, packing, and checking goods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to assist with basic warehouse operational duties when required.
• Working days (Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 4:30pm)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
