About the Roles

Join a steel structural manufacturing company as a Technical Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur. This permanent position follows a five-day workweek, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, and offers a competitive package comprising basic salary, RM1,000 car allowance, petrol and toll claims, project commission, and performance incentives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical support to customers and internal sales and marketing teams on proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost calculations.
• Address technical enquiries from clients, architects, and consultants throughout the pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Develop value-added design solutions based on customer requirements using engineering calculations and relevant design standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and project specifications that communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Conduct product installation briefings and training sessions for customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshoot installation or product-related issues.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align customer requirements with product standardization and future product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with CAD and Revit software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driving licence and own transport are preferred.
