Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer documentation, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
• Liaise between customer service teams, sales staff, and internal departments to ensure customer requests and orders are handled seamlessly.
• Keep customer records, sales tracking databases, and operational files up to date.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the team leads.

Key Requirements

• Willing to learn new skill and knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) or equivalent CRM systems.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
