The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing the whole company’s projects and act as a Project Manager to develop and manage Solar PV projects.
Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects.
Create and review of Project schedule including incorporated information from all relevant parties.
Keep track and ensure Project Milestones and Deliverables are delivered on time.
Support other activities as Business Development and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV Projects.
Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects.
Log and resolve Project Issues and Risk.
Manage internal and external Project Stakeholders.
Manage Project Budget to minimize cost overruns.
Lead and Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and owners.
Produce, review and control Project schedules including constructions and key deliverables using MS Project and/or other scheduling softwares.
Interface with government agencies on project executions on permit and consent.
Reporting of projects status’ on a weekly basis.
Provide input on company wide process and documentation improvements.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Construction Management, with relevant experience in project management and planning.
Candidate must have at least three years of experience managing commercial infrastructure projects from development through to execution.
Candidate must have experience in analysing site-specific project strategies and development requirements.
Candidate must be able to independently manage project teams, site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
Candidate must possess strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
