Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Advise clients on WhatsApp and digital advertising strategies
- Review campaign data, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions
- Manage relationships with large advertisers and senior stakeholders
- Present campaign insights, results, and growth opportunities
- Work with sales, product, analytics, and other internal teams
- Support revenue growth while maintaining strong service quality
What we’re looking for
- Around 7+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, media, consulting, or client solutions
- Strong experience with WhatsApp Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp, or business messaging campaigns
- Good understanding of campaign performance and data analytics
- Proven experience managing complex client accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Agency experience in media planning or campaign execution is highly relevant
