We're looking for someone who loves e-commerce, enjoys solving problems, thinks commercially, and wants to grow together with one of Malaysia's leading e-commerce brands.

This role isn't just about maintaining online stores. You'll play an important role in growing sales, improving customer experience, optimising campaigns, analysing data, and ensuring our operations run smoothly across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and *************

You'll work closely with our Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations and Product teams while learning directly from experienced e-commerce leaders.

Training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership.

What would my job scope be?

1. Marketplace Operations & Store Management

• Manage Corvan's stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and *************
• Create and optimise product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
• Execute vouchers, bundles, flash sales and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure stores remain well-merchandised and fully optimised.
• Monitor platform health and maintain zero operational penalties.

2. Campaign & Sales Growth

• Plan and execute mega campaigns, product launches and platform promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing, designers, livestream hosts and platform account managers.
• Monitor campaign performance throughout launch periods.
• Perform campaign operational checks including pricing, vouchers and stock accuracy.
• Support assigned evening campaign duties during major platform events.

3. Performance Marketing (Training Provided)

• Execute advertising campaigns across Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Meta and Google.
• Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA and conversion performance.
• Assist with keyword research, audience targeting and budget optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Work with the creative team to develop better-performing advertisements.

4. Customer Experience

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries across marketplace chat platforms.
• Convert enquiries into sales whenever possible.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.

5. Fulfilment & Operations

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to minimise fulfilment delays.
• Monitor inventory availability before campaigns.
• Troubleshoot platform and logistics issues affecting customers.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare daily e-commerce performance reports and dashboards.
• Update daily sales and P&L trackers.
• Analyse sales, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS and customer behaviour.
• Identify underperforming products and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and share actionable insights.

7. Platform Compliance

• Stay updated with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Google platform changes.
• Ensure all listings, promotions and advertisements comply with marketplace policies.
• Maintain excellent platform operational health with zero penalty points.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Curious, resourceful and eager to learn.
• High integrity and strong sense of ownership.

During major platform campaigns (e.g. 8.8, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), you'll be scheduled for selected evening campaign support shifts (approximately 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM). Time-off arrangements will be provided according to company policy.
