Job Description
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the group in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage group budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to maintain financial stability.
- Provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the group.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic business objectives.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Prefer candidates from Audit background
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience in group consolidation and financial analysis within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Monthly salary between MYR 7,000 and MYR 10,000.
