Role Description The B2B Segment Manager – Industry is a full-time, on-site role based in Kemaman. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with industrial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting safety and health training solutions that meet sector-specific needs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with key decision-makers, preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with internal training and operations teams, and monitoring client satisfaction and retention. The B2B Segment Manager will also analyze market trends, segment performance, and client feedback to refine offerings and support strategic planning. Collaboration with marketing and business development teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach to target industries.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to engage industrial clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in sales, business development, or segment management, preferably within training, safety, health, or industrial services.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop segment strategies for targeted industries.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to deliver proposals and represent the organization to corporate clients.
• Organizational and project coordination skills to align client requirements with internal training, scheduling, and operations teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and health standards, or strong interest in learning and applying industry-specific regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Kemaman and travel to client locations as needed.
