Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time hybrid position based in Johor Baharu, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns for affordable housing projects, including assisting with social media content, basic copywriting, and coordination of promotional activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer insights, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, and supporting event or roadshow coordination. The intern will also assist in tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases, and engaging with potential customers and partners under guidance from senior team members. This role offers hands-on exposure to property marketing and an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that positively impact local communities.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze basic data, and translate findings into practical marketing insights.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to support sales-related marketing activities.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy concepts and interest in learning how to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally with prospects, residents, and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment; interest in the property or real estate sector is an advantage.
