We are looking for motivated and client-focused Financial Advisors to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals. In this role, you will provide personalized financial planning solutions, build long-term client relationships, and recommend suitable financial products based on each client's needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients.
Develop personalized financial plans covering wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, and legacy planning.
Recommend suitable financial products and solutions, including insurance, investment-linked plans, savings, and retirement solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Review clients' financial portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advisory services.
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
