Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and operational maintenance for e-commerce applications, business tools, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver effective operational solutions.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure system availability and stability.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage data operations activities, including data validation, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Support log management, monitoring, and analytics initiatives using tools such as Splunk and related technologies.
• Perform database queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting across multiple systems and platforms.
• Assist with deployment activities, configuration management, and operational documentation.
• Support Linux-based environments and maintain operational processes through scripting and automation.
• Work with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and infrastructure technologies to ensure reliable operations.
• Participate in system optimization, process improvement, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned operational responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of IT operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or technical competencies are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in IT operations, technical support, software development, system administration, or data operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Java development and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or MyBatis is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SQL with the ability to perform complex queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems, shell scripting, process management, and system administration concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Kafka, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with databases including MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of Git, automation tools, deployment practices, and DevOps concepts.
• Basic understanding of networking, security principles, access management, certificates, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and API integration is an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or cloud-based monitoring solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
