Sunway Property Hiring! Full Time Executive - Brand - Digital Strategy in Selangor - Ricebowl

Sunway Property are looking for a promising candidate to assist the Brand Strategy & Communications (BSC) team to manage and execute the brand strategy via brand-led campaigns, activations and initiatives, as well as the social media strategy via social media content creation.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Support the BSC team in executing brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives across brand campaigns, activations and corporate initiatives.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing integrated communication plans across offline and online channels.
• Coordinate with internal Business Units within the Sunway Group and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and collaborative initiatives.
• Liaise with internal departments, agencies, event organisers, media owners, vendors and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist in reviewing communication and marketing materials to ensure consistency with the Sunway Property brand identity and brand guidelines.
• Support the collection and analysis of customer insights, market trends, competitor activities and campaign performance to inform future marketing initiatives.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for digital and social media platforms, including copywriting, content planning and creative ideation aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance, assist in preparing reports and presentations, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
• Support award submissions by compiling project information, preparing supporting materials and coordinating with internal stakeholders and creative agencies.
• Provide administrative and operational support for branding, digital marketing and corporate communication initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, local regulations and applicable legal requirements.

What We're Looking For

• At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in branding, marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field.
• A recognised Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Media or other related disciplines. Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear presentations and reports.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Rednote and TikTok)
• Basic understanding of website management (UI/UX or CMS platforms) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva or similar creative and video editing tools is an added advantage.
• Able to travel when required.
