Digital Transformation / Business AnalystRole Description
We are seeking an innovative, analytical, and process-driven Digital Transformation / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives, digital technology capabilities, and operational execution. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of evaluating legacy business workflows, identifying opportunities for digitization, and defining functional and non-technical specifications for digital solution implementations. You will collaborate closely with Transformation Directors, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Department Leads to streamline end-to-end user journeys and optimize operational performance. Responsibilities include conducting thorough gap analyses, facilitating stakeholder discovery workshops, mapping current-state and target-state digital operating models (BPMN), writing detailed user stories, and establishing clear business KPIs for digital initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating cloud-based enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow Automation), supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and designing change management collateral to drive high end-user adoption. Success in this position requires a blend of rigorous business analysis, sharp diagnostic thinking, fluency in emerging digital technologies, and exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Strong expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional/non-functional requirements, writing actionable user stories with robust acceptance criteria, and managing requirements traceability.
- Process Re-engineering & Digital Optimization: Hands-on experience mapping, optimizing, and digitizing business workflows using methodologies like Value Stream Mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, and standard flowcharting tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Signavio).
- Digital Enterprise Systems Literacy: Familiarity with core enterprise digital enablement platforms, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Workday), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Low-Code/No-Code workflow automation platforms.
- Data-Driven Analysis & BI: Proficiency in leveraging data to validate business problems, write basic to intermediate SQL queries, and construct reporting dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or Excel to measure transformation impact.
- Agile & SDLC Frameworks: Practical experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks, using project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to coordinate sprint backlogs.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience planning and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), drafting test scenarios, tracking defect logs, and ensuring delivered technical features align with target business metrics.
- Change Management & Adoption Support: Understanding of organizational change enablement principles (e.g., ADKAR framework) to design training materials, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive smooth system adoption.
- Problem Solving & Diagnostic Thinking: Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a proven ability to break down complex operational bottlenecks into clear, structured, and technology-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental workshops, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
