Job Summary
Coordinate wide variety of challenging strategic/tactical technical and management projects/assignments in the Business Unit (BU)
General Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of assigned business unit
Working on multiple short/long-term functional assignments to gain breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company
Internalise operational procedures of assigned functions and propose continous improvement, where applicable
Assist in department's administrative coordination with internal/external stakeholders
Project manage and coordinate special assignments delegated by superior/mentor
Develop key relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholders with guidance from business leaders
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
Ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline based on the function's requirements
