Location: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Production Operators to join an electronics manufacturing company located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Working Hours

• 2 rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Shift rotation every 2 weeks
• 5 working days per week
• 12-hour shifts
• Automatic OT: 1 hour 15 minutes daily
• Break time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Requirements

• Malaysian, aged 19–35 years
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Own transportation
• Able to work standing for long hours (12-hour shift)
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700/month
• Estimated monthly income: RM2,500± (based on 20 working days)
• Transport Allowance: RM150/month
• Night Shift Allowance: RM6/day
• Full Attendance Allowance: RM100/month

Payroll Information

• Salary Cut-off: 20th of every month
• Salary Payment: 30th or 31st of every month
