About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Client Channel Enablement Executive to support the implementation and onboarding of client-facing banking platforms and digital channels. You will work closely with business users, technology teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding, platform readiness, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and onboarding of clients onto banking platforms and digital channels.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal teams, technology partners, and clients throughout implementation projects.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Support system enhancements, platform upgrades, and change management activities.
• Ensure client onboarding activities comply with internal policies and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Implementation, Banking Operations, Digital Banking, Project Coordination, or Client Channel Enablement.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
