Full Time Customer Service (Rotational Shift) | KL Sentral Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Data Management Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Location: Plaza Sentral, reachable with public transport

Job Scope:

• Handle inquiries via inbound calls, emails and live chat
• Provide effective solutions for customer issues assisting with roadside assistance and policy inquiries.
• Follow up and respond back to users on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must Minimum Diploma/ STPM & above.
• Fluency in English
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral
• Preferable Call Center/BPO working experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
