Job description

• Handle customer enquiries and bookings, and prepare the required quotations.
• Regularly review and track bookings to ensure accuracy and reflect any changes.
• Monitor cargo readiness, ensuring timely availability, accurate measurements, correct weight, and proper packing.
• Coordinate closely with vendors (e.g. truckers, fitters) and customers to ensure on-time cargo loading and delivery.
• Collect all required documents from customers for customs documentation preparation.
• Submit complete customer documentation and job files to the Documentation team for customs processing.
• Work closely with the Documentation and Operations teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery or vessel loading.
• Keep customers informed of final loading and/or delivery status, generate invoices, and close bookings accordingly.
• Perform any other customer-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 3 years related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantage.
• Malaysia citizen.
