Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal support and advice to management on corporate, commercial, and operational civil/criminal matters.
- Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, and government authorities when required.
- Conduct legal research and keep management informed on changes in laws and regulations.
- Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and legal proceedings.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents and case files.
- Support company secretarial duties, including board resolutions and compliance filings.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2- 5 years of working experience in a legal or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
