About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade Validation Executive to support daily trade processing activities within a Capital Markets Operations environment. You will be responsible for validating trade details, ensuring transaction accuracy, and working closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies throughout the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate trade details including price, quantity, settlement date, counterparty and security information.
• Perform quality assurance checks on trade bookings and transaction data.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and booking exceptions within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Settlements and other operational teams to ensure accurate trade processing.
• Monitor daily trade processing activities and escalate operational risks where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Validation, Trade Support, Middle Office or Capital Markets Operations.
• Good understanding of the trade lifecycle and financial markets.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location: In person
