About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Trade Control Executive to support daily operational controls within a Capital Markets Operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring trade processing, investigating operational exceptions and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trade processing activities across multiple financial products.
• Investigate trade exceptions, failed trades and operational issues.
• Resolve booking discrepancies and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Perform daily operational control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support reconciliation of trade activities and identify root causes of operational breaks.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Settlements and external counterparties when required.
• Prepare operational reports and support audit and regulatory requests.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives to strengthen operational controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Control, Securities Operations or Capital Markets Operations.
• Good understanding of securities trading and trade lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
