About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Reference Data Executive to support the maintenance and integrity of reference data used across Capital Markets Operations. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, investigate data issues, and work closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update static and reference data within internal systems.
• Process new account, security, counterparty, and settlement instruction data accurately and within service level agreements.
• Review, validate, and approve reference data changes while maintaining data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve reference data discrepancies and data quality issues.
• Perform regular data quality checks and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Business teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records.
• Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and data governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Reference Data, Securities Operations, Banking Operations, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Experience maintaining static data, client data, security master data, or settlement instructions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
