Company: Letitu Corp. (HQ in Korea & U.S.) / TeXphere Sdn. Bhd.
Location: TeXphere Learning Centre, Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya, Selangor
Job Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site
Start Date: As soon as possible

About TeXphere

TeXphere Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based education and technology company developing and delivering future-ready learning experiences, including robotics, coding, AI-related education, digital learning solutions, school partnerships, and education programmes. Working closely with Letitu Corp. in Korea and local partners in Malaysia, TeXphere supports both direct-to-consumer education services and institutional partnerships with schools, organisations, and other education stakeholders.

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Creative Design & Operations Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be to plan and produce TeXphere's visual, multimedia, social media, and marketing content. The role requires strong practical design and video-editing ability, together with the organisation and flexibility to support selected learning-centre operations, events, and internal coordination when needed.

This is primarily a creative marketing and content role, not a general administrative position. However, because TeXphere operates an active education centre and works with schools and partners, the successful candidate should also be comfortable assisting with practical operational tasks that are connected to programmes, campaigns, events, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content

  • Plan, design, and maintain TeXphere's marketing content and content calendar across social media, digital channels, printed materials, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including social media posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, infographics, flyers, posters, banners, vouchers, programme guides, and other digital or printed materials.
  • Produce and edit short-form, promotional, and informational videos using classroom footage, student projects, interviews, event footage, and other available content assets.
  • Develop campaign concepts, content angles, basic English marketing copy, captions, headlines, and calls-to-action that clearly communicate TeXphere's programmes, curriculum strengths, student projects, and partnership initiatives.
  • Create business and partnership materials such as brochures, school presentation assets, B2B documents, event materials, programme decks, and other professional communications.
  • Support simple photography, videography, content shooting, and on-site content collection during classes, workshops, events, school visits, and promotional activities.
  • Schedule and publish approved content while maintaining consistency in brand identity, visual quality, messaging, timing, and overall presentation.
  • Organise and maintain design files, templates, photos, videos, content assets, and approved brand materials for easy internal use.
  • Monitor basic content performance, audience response, enquiries, and campaign results, and use practical insights to improve future content and creative direction.

Operational & Coordination Support

  • Assist with selected learning-centre operations connected to marketing, programmes, events, customer experience, and daily business needs.
  • Support trial classes, workshops, open days, school visits, events, and promotional activities, including basic preparation, coordination, materials, and on-site assistance.
  • Coordinate with tutors, interns, management, external vendors, and Letitu HQ to collect content, confirm information, follow up on deadlines, and keep projects moving.
  • Assist with basic parent or student communication, notices, registration support, and programme-related follow-ups when required.
  • Handle other reasonable creative, marketing, coordination, and light operational duties related to TeXphere's growth and learning-centre activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Communications, or a related field; a strong portfolio and relevant practical experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent software.
  • Ability to edit short-form and promotional video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
  • Good understanding of content marketing, social media, branding, layout, typography, visual storytelling, and how creative content supports marketing objectives.
  • Able to write or adapt clear basic marketing copy, captions, headlines, and calls-to-action in English.
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple creative projects, deadlines, and occasional operational tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with a multicultural team, tutors, parents, vendors, and external partners.
  • Must provide a portfolio or samples of relevant graphic design, multimedia, social media, marketing content, and/or video work.

Preferred

  • Experience in education, EdTech, technology, youth programmes, learning centres, school-related marketing, or other service-based businesses.
  • Basic motion graphics, animation, photography, videography, content shooting, or on-site content production skills.
  • Experience creating both consumer-facing content and formal B2B or corporate materials.
  • Comfortable supporting occasional centre operations, events, school visits, and parent or student communications.
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Working Hours & Schedule

Full-time, five-day workweek, generally from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The schedule will include at least one weekend day due to the nature of our classes and centre operations. Specific working days and weekly rest days are negotiable and will be agreed upon based on the candidate’s availability and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is visually creative, practical, commercially aware, and organised. They should be able to take ownership of marketing content from concept and planning through production, publishing, and basic performance review, while also being flexible enough to support selected programme, event, and learning-centre coordination tasks when required.

Application Requirements

  • Updated resume or CV.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating design, content, multimedia, social media, and/or video skills.
  • Earliest available start date.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Benefits:
