• Responsible to ensure all the record of the transaction of materials and products in and out in SUBCON IN-OUT Logbook are correct;
• Responsible to review the logbook and submit to Account Department every 28th of the month;
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision;
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas;
• Maintain and improve jig & fixtures;
• Initiating and derive the optimum and efficient process flow-chart to enhance the efficiency, quality & productivity of the products;
• Maintain and update work instruction for machine or process;
• To ensure the line leader, operators to follow the work instructions for machine or process;
• Create or improve production layout (lean manufacturing), process and tool / jig for the continuous improvement activity;
• Calculate product and process cost and cycle time and maintain master list of product cycle time;
• Maintain traceability;
• Update Kanban/production planning;
• Responsible to conduct daily briefing to lead the production planning;
• Maintain the label print template for all products;
• Responsible for the EHS program and person in charge for the employee safety and health administration;
• Responsible to maintain the Kaizen program and continual improvement;
• To submit and present the Kaizen report and continual improvement to Management every year;
• Maintain ISO & IATF documents according to PEI-PD-P01 Production Control Procedure;
• Supporting company ISO/IATF audit activities and documentations.
• Install and Maintain all Tester and master Equipment and establish appropriate test procedures;
• To maintain and improve manufacturing processes product quality;
• Responsible as the team member of APQP during new product development especially during sample preparation;
• Lead production and quality team to provide guidance to ensure operation comply to Safety Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI);
• Responsible to ensure the materials for such as Work Instructions, Caution Point, Color Card, Process Flow etc are sufficient to support the production and inspection process;
• Responsible for the quality operation in the production floor and ensure all quality processes are following quality management system requirements;
• Responsible for the output in the production floor and ensure all quality processes are following quality management system requirements;
• Ensuring good manufacturing/engineering practice on operations such as incoming material and finished goods inspection, certification of analysis preparation, product measuring and monitoring control, equipment calibration and etc;
• Ensure quality related issues and customer feedback are promptly resolved with details investigation, identification of root cause and implementation of effective corrective actions;
• Responsible to work together with QA Manager to reply Corrective Actions Report from customer complaint;
• Leads and organizes formal and informal problem-solving in areas of quality, scrap, process capability, warranty, under the guidance by Quality Manager;
• Responsible for the development of new products quality management, preventive and corrective actions;
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials supplied by suppliers, quality problems timely feedback suppliers require its improvement, tracking and confirming the supplier’s improvement report and implementation effect;
• Responsible for supplier counseling and audit, tracking the implementation of supplier improvement effect;
