Health Assistant (Airport Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Subang Airport (SZB), Selangor
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month + Commission + Performance Bonus

Every day, we serve local and international travellers by providing trusted healthcare products, wellness solutions, and excellent customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for passionate Pharmacy Assistants to join our team at Subang Airport.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and over-the-counter product enquiries
• Recommend suitable healthcare products based on customers' needs
• Support Pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately
• Receive, replenish, and organize inventory
• Ensure products are well displayed and the store remains clean and organized
• Assist with promotional activities and merchandising
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment

Job Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Retail, pharmacy, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
