Production Planner Executive (Spare Part Order)

Location: CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in spare parts planning, order management, customer service, or supply chain within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

3. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

4. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing customer orders and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end spare parts orders for Airbus and Boeing customers, from order receipt through delivery.

2. Process customer sales orders accurately in QAD/ERP systems and ensure timely order confirmation.

3. Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Finance to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

4. Monitor delivery schedules, shipment status, and customer commitments, proactively resolving any issues or delays

5. Maintain accurate order records, pricing, delivery schedules, and customer documentation.

6. Prepare regular reports on order status, backlog, shipment performance, and customer requirements.

7. Escalate supply chain, inventory, or delivery issues promptly to minimize operational and customer impact.

8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
