Job Description (JD):

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily marketplace operations, order processing, customer service, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers
• Process and monitor online orders from purchase to fulfillment
• Handle customer enquiries, chats, and after-sales support
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure timely order delivery
• Update product listings, product information, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor store performance and assist in improving marketplace sales
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, promotions, and order issues

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada seller accounts is required
• Experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, or digital retail
• Familiar with order processing, customer service, and fulfillment procedures
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage daily marketplace tasks

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
