Position Overview:
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented interns for the role of Sales or Marketing Internship and Content Creator . This internship provides hands-on experience in tour operations, customer service, and sales. Outstanding interns may be selected to lead tour groups overseas—a unique and exciting opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers with travel inquiries and package bookings
• Promote tour packages and handle customer follow-ups
• Support in preparing tour itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments
• Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate travel arrangements
• Opportunity to assist and lead tour groups for international trips
• Create Social Media advertisement
• Video or visual creation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or related field
• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required
• Passion for travel and working with people
