JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Process Improvement

• Assist the Business Transformation Manager in driving process standardization, project implementation, and documentation, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
• Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and Fit-Gap analysis,
• collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and technical teams to design ‘To-Be’ solutions.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, technical/user documentation, presentations, and reports, tracking changes and process improvements.
• Support testing, rollout, and implementation of new tools or business process solutions, while providing stakeholder support and facilitating decision-making.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments, adapt to competing demands, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects and business processes.

2. Data & Reporting Management

• Drive data governance, standardization, and project implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify Data Owners and Stewards and maintain Master Data Governance.
• Participate in data cleansing, transition, and migration activities, supporting data integrity and compliance.
• Assist in financial data management including mapping, standardization, and alignment with global HQ standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting effectiveness and develop Power BI workspaces for collaborative KPI tracking.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish centralized, standardized regional corporate reports and controls.

3. Project Co-ordination & Management

• Collaborate with Project Managers on the Project Life Cycle’s activities and mitigate risks with solutions
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure stakeholder meetings’ action plans are unanimously taken
• Perform change management through involving Stakeholders & handling resistance

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Analysis with strong knowledge of business operations.
• Skilled in financial system administration, business requirement analysis, and project coordination on a regional basis.
• Experienced in master data management (e.g., Common Chart of Accounts, Product & Item Master, Project Master, Customer, Vendor) including data cleansing, mapping, standardization, and migration.
• Proven ability to develop business requirements, transform strategies into execution, and contribute to business/finance improvement projects regionally.
• Proficient in ERP modules (Project Accounting, Project Operations, GL) and analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, IBM Cognos Analytics) for reporting and business analysis.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
