Job Responsibilities:

• According to the company’s production, operation, and development needs, formulate the overall human resources plan to ensure the timely supply of corresponding talents;
• Based on the company’s business strategy and values, establish, improve, and optimizethe company’s recruitment, training, incentive, and talent development systems to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the company;
• Establish an effective process system based on relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of the company to prevent labor employment risks;
• Create a suitable corporate culture based on the company’s strategic goals to support the achievement of these goals;
• Conduct human resource recruitment according to the human resource plan to ensure the normal operation of each department;
• Assist the company’s management in management transformation according to the company’s development strategy to ensure the successful transformation of the company’s operations;
• Responsible for the daily management of department personnel, forming a team with combat effectiveness and cohesion;
• Develop and improve the company’s performance evaluation system based on the company’s development plan, and implement performance evaluations according to the evaluation system;
• Improve human resource management processes based on the company’s development;
• Improve the company’s compensation and benefits system to enhance the company’s competitiveness in attracting talent based on the company’s development;
• Compile various human resources reports based on the company’s requirements;
• Review documents for the recruitment, promotion, demotion, salary adjustment, and job transfer of company employes;
• Complete employe recruitment and training based on the company’s human resource needs;
• Develop safety production management systems and processes according to the company’s development.

QQualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in Malaysian human resources and over 3 years of experience in human resources management;
• Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, provident fund, social security regulations, policies, and directives to ensure legal employment practices;
• Proficient in comprehensive human resources management, with risk management and employe relations handling skills;
• Familiar with the procedures of Malaysian government departments, including but not limited to visa, social security, provident fund, government subsidies, talent subsidies, and labor dispute handling processes;
• Over 30 years old, bachelor’s degree, major in human resources-related fields;

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
