Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (drilling, milling, grinding)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Record production and quality data
• Ensure parts meet quality and client requirements
• Report and communicate production or logistics issues
• Conduct regular machine inspections and assessments
• Support production timeline and delivery targets
• Perform other duties assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/SPVM or Technical Certificate qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply / 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Willing to learn and able to undergo on-the-job training (OJT).
• Basic knowledge in using air tools, welding torch, and measurement gauges (GO/NO GO).
• Ability to perform basic reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high integrity.
• Physically fit to work in a factory environment.
• Positive “can-do” attitude with good attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
