Front Of House Supervisor

Take the lead in creating exceptional dining experiences while supporting daily restaurant operations and inspiring your team to deliver KyoChon's outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and show them to their table.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Introduce our brand and recommend signature menu items.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Handle cashier and payment transactions.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
• Make sure service areas are well stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Kitchen Supervisor

Lead kitchen operations by ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting your team to deliver KyoChon's signature taste and service excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
• Monitor kitchen operations, food quality, inventory control, and minimise food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the kitchen follows food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage kitchen staff scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen equipment, storage areas, and workstations.
• Report any food quality issues, shortages, or operational concerns to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/Outlet Manager.
• Ensure kitchen team members follow proper grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in closing procedures and ensure the kitchen is properly prepared for the next operation.
