Okay so here's the deal !
You know that one friend who somehow keeps the entire group chat, the trip plans, AND everyone's sanity together at the same time? Yeah. We need that energy — except now it's a job, and yes, you get paid for it.
Business Operations is basically the engine room of a company. Nobody sees it, but if it stops running, everyone notices real quick. We need someone who actually enjoys untangling messy processes, asking "wait why do we even do it like this," and making things click into place.
No cap — if you love checklists, hate inefficiency, and get a weird little dopamine hit from a clean spreadsheet, keep reading.
What you’ll be doing
- Being the glue between teams so nobody's out here doing double work or ghosting each other on projects.
- Hunting down dumb, slow, or broken processes and fixing them like it's a personal mission.
- Turning chaos into "oh wait, actually this makes sense now".
- Tracking numbers and turning them into reports people actually want to read.
- Jumping into random projects and helping make them happen, start to finish.
- Writing stuff down so the whole team isn't dependent on one person's brain (RIP tribal knowledge).
What we’re looking for
- Diploma and Degree in Business, Management, Ops — any of those diploma ot degrees help, but honestly we care way more about how you think.
- Know your way around Excel/Sheets, Notion, Trello, Asana? Cool, big plus
- Six Sigma, PMP, whatever certs — nice bonus, zero pressure if you don't have them yet.
- You can talk to five different teams without things getting lost in translation.
- Numbers don't scare you, but you're not trying to become an accountant either.
- You take ownership — if something's broken, you don't wait for permission to flag it.
- You roll with change instead of panicking when plans shift (because in ops, they will).
- Fresh grad? Still in uni? Perfect. We're not asking for 5 years of experience for an entry role — that's a myth we're not doing here.
