Sherie Johary & Associates is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Law Intern to join our team. As a modern law firm, we embrace flexible working arrangements, which means this is a hybrid internship. We believe many tasks can be completed remotely, while attendance at the office will be required when necessary for meetings, court matters, client conferences, or other in-person work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting legal research.
• Assisting lawyers with drafting legal correspondence.
• Preparing case summaries and reviewing documents.
• Assisting with court filings and case management.
• Supporting lawyers on a variety of matters on a case-by-case basis.
• Carrying out other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

• A current law student (LL.B. or equivalent). We are not concerned about your CGPA or academic results, we value your attitude, willingness to learn, and work ethic more.
• Passionate about the legal profession and intends to practise law after graduation.
• Responsible, organised, and disciplined with time management.
• Able to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
• Possesses a valid driving licence and is able to drive (preferred).
