Responsibilities
- To manage collection and delivery of mails and other communications to assigned locations daily eg. Pos Office , BNM and etc without fail.
- To perform miscellaneous errands of collection and hand delivery eg. Directors, TNB, DBKL, Supplier and etc when need arises.
- To carry out daily scheduled collection and distribution of mails/ documents to departments or individual punctually.
- To record and sort incoming mails accurately and managed ambiguous mails in accordance to process laid out.
- To prepare outgoing mail/ parcel with proper packaging/ weighing and maintenance of appropriate receipts.
- To maintain and update record of the company Impress Account with proper recording daily.
- To provide general support services as at when needed eg stock take, item delivery, building maintenance and etc
- Good Communication Skill
- Friendly and Sociable
- High Adaptability & Flexibility
- Well Groomed
- ValidDriving Skill with Motorcycle and Vehicle License
