Job Role for Accounts Payable

1. Assist the superior in full spectrum of Accounts Payable role
2. Verify and process invoice; issue cheque to make payment
3. Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
4. Track expenses and process expenses reports
5. Post transactions to journals, ledges and other records
6. Assist with month end closing
7. Assist superior to execute Singapore financial reporting requirements and ensure strict compliance which includes supporting local statutory audit, tax and GST
8. Assist superior to ensure timely reporting required by Singapore and China headquarter
9. Assist superior in financial reporting, variances analysis, budget & forecast etc.
10. Assist superior in Group Reporting Team, which includes completing both the Singapore and China reporting packs

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or related studies
2. Singaporean only
3. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable
4. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
5. Able to multi-task
6. Good communication skills
