Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for Singapore and Malaysia. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across corporate, retail, operations, and support functions.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious recruitment professional with up to 2 years of experience who enjoys stakeholder engagement, talent sourcing, and working in a fast-paced regional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support offer management and candidate negotiations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, talent market trends, and sourcing challenges.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring forecast discussions.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Represent the company professionally across all candidate interactions.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and career events when required.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policies and processes.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and hiring reports for stakeholders.
  • Support talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

Regional Support

  • Manage hiring activities across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Collaborate with regional HR and business leaders to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Travel when required for interviews, recruitment events, or stakeholder meetings.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Educations : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Human Resources.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Experience managing interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and offer administration.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel between Singapore and Malaysia when required.
