Job Description:

Technical Writer / Project Coordinator to support IT Disaster Recovery (DR) projects for a GLC client. Responsible for preparing DR plans, runbooks, SOPs, test reports, and maintaining document control. Support project coordination, tracking deliverables, meeting minutes, stakeholder communication, and customer submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field

Requirement:

• Technical writing and documentation experience
• IT DR / BCP knowledge with understanding of RTO & RPO
• Strong written English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills
• Experience managing deliverables, timelines, and project trackers
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure terminology
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in Government / GLC projects is an advantage
